The Tamron SP AF10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 Di-II LD Aspherical Lens is an ultra wide-angle zoom lens designed exclusively for digital SLR cameras using the more compact DX (APS-C) digital size image sensors. The focal length of this lens is equivalent to 16-37mm in the 35mm format. The lens provides reliable performance in a compact size and its wide angle zoom range makes it ideal for the tightest of interiors as well as for dramatic landscape photography. The lens uses an optical system specially designed for digital SLR cameras. The lens incorporates glass-molded aspherical elements hybrid aspherical elements and elements using low dispersion optical glass. In addition this lens features an outstanding minimum focusing distance of less than 9.5" (24cm).
