The Samyang 10mm T3.1 VDSLR Lens is an ultra wide-angle, manual focus prime cine lens designed for APS-C and MFT crop sensors. This 10mm lens with low T-number enables natural shooting without the use of flash under various lighting circumstances and is ideally suited for landscape, interior, lowlight and architectural work. A focus gear ring is installed for follow focus system and the decoupled aperture gear ring works quietly and smoothly during shooting. The T number provides the actual amount of light transmission by the lens to the sensor or film plane. For the first time in Samyang Optics’ history, Nano Coating System (NCS) is used to create even lower reflection and higher contrast than the original Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) system. The lens is constructed out of solid, high-strength aluminium-alloy and features a minimum focusing distance of 0.24m.
