What time will my equipment arrive?

We should be able to deliver the equipment to you before 2pm on the first day of rental. If the equipment is delivered after 2pm, please let us know by 5pm on the first day of rental and we will refund 1 day’s rental fees, based on the daily average rate. We recommend giving yourself a 1-2 day buffer, especially for important events.
