There is a pre-existing damage on the equipment. What should I do?

We include a “Pre-Existing Damage” document with all our rental equipment, outlining all pre-existing damage to the equipment. If you find any damage that is not outlined on the document, please contact us within 5 hours after delivery. We will then have it on our records, and you will not be responsible for that particular damage.
